DELIVERY TERMS IN THE UAE 

Delivery Hours: 

• Deliveries are available exclusively between 10 am and 6 pm from Mondays to Saturdays. 
   

Order Priority: 

• Deliveries are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis to ensure efficient processing. 
   

Dubai & Sharjah Delivery Timeframe: 

• Orders within Dubai and Sharjah will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the order placement date and time. 
   

Other Emirates Delivery Schedule: 

• Deliveries to other Emirates are scheduled on Thursdays and Saturdays. 
   

Minimum Order Values: 

• A minimum order value of AED150 is applicable for delivery in Dubai and Sharjah. 
• For the rest of the Emirates, a minimum order value of AED 250 is required. 
   

Delivery Service Charge: 

Free delivery is offered on orders above the minimum order value per emirate, while a delivery service charge of AED 35 will be applied to all orders below the minimum order value.
